Replacement & Refund Policy
Our #1 priority at Lake Oswego Flowers is to make sure that you are delighted with the floral arrangement or plant that you received from us. If you are unhappy with the item you received from us, please contact us within 24 hours so we can take the appropriate action to correct the situation.
Flower Arrangement Replacement Policy
1. If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us within 24 hours via email at support@lakeoswegoflowers.com and we will send a replacement ASAP. Please include pictures.
2. If your flowers begin to fail within the first 48 hours, please contact us for a replacement.
3. After 3 days, we are unable to issue any credit or discount for the floral arrangement purchase.
Orchid & Plant Replacement Policy
1. If your plant or orchid arrives damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us within 24 hours via email at support@lakeoswegoflowers and we will send a replacement ASAP. Please include pictures.
2. If your plant dies within the first 7 days, we will replace it free of charge.
3. After a 7 day period, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellation/Refund
If the order is canceled by a customer 24 hours before the delivery date, a customer will get a refund. If the order has already been created and is on its way for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order.
Substitution
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or vases are necessary due to stock availability issues. Lake Oswego Flowers guarantees that any substitution will be of equal or greater value.
